The PACTE law allows employees who own some parts of the company actions to have representatives on the Board of Directors.
Does this have something to do with me?
To vote, you need to:
Be an SG employee, from a branch or retired
 Be a registered shareholder with at least one Société Générale SA action of registered shares from the group savings plan abroad (PEGI) or performances share plans actually acquired (PAG) AND/OR |
 Be the bearer of at least one action from the « Société Générale actionnariat (E FONDS) FCPE, or from the « Société Générale actionnariat (G FONDS) » FCPE. |
